Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at ciao@viavitostudio.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned —

• Food products, including sauces, condiments, and other perishable goods
• Alcoholic beverages
• Gift cards

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.
